The eco solution… & feng shui of bicycles!

Bicycling in Tokyo is a somewhat scary experience. Even parking your bike can be quite a challenge. The does and dont`s  are not something a westerner can figure out just by applying usual feeble western logic.

You can NOT under any circumstance just leave and lock the bike by the sidewalk (it would probably interfere with the desired feng shui) and look messy!

 

And  when riding your bike down the sidewalk, It just don`t occur to the pedestrians that a bicycle might HIT an HARM them, or maybe they just did not care. The responsibility is all on you, to steer away from all the people with an subconscious death wish…

BTW: I did not hit & hurt anyone, but unfortunately committed one quite serious parking-error….shame on me!

Tranquillity, beyond all reason….
