Harajuku girl: Queen of pouts
Shinjuku host boy look part deux
It never ends…obsession with fashion and unmuscular-gazelle bodies.
Mantra of the host boy “If it does not look right in a mirror, its just not right…”
Fat people vs. skinny people
An “unusual” classification of people. The concept though is universal, everyone entering a public lavatory must be separated and classified. If not, there would be total caos and confusion…right?
And for people who are not too fond of their apperance (in the sharp revealing fitting room light), a tool to tackle the obstacles of life in the modern beauty oriented world is provided. Very convenient!

Tokyo’s metrosexual street vendors
Even though they are a minority…they stil manage to claim the space they deserve in the Mis-En-Scene of Tokyo.
From Ueno station down along the Yamnote line towards Akihabara, you find the location of vendor heaven. Ameyoko (アメ横) a bazaar Asian style, noisy, crowded and cheap!
But since this is japan, there is some level of class and conduct to it. Thank god…
Metrosexsual vendors even mange to infiltrate the upmarket shopping district of Ginza. His style and preformance, flawless…and those nicely trimmed bi- and triseps takes him over the edge of perfection.
In other parts of Tokyo such as Asakusa, you will encounter the more traditional low-key breed of vendors. Selling traditional things….irasshaimase!
Still a tuch of metrosexualism, love the gladiator sandals…
I wanted to look like Madonna, Mello style…
But ended up looking like a white trash version of myself : (
Not that there is anything wrong with that, its just not the HOTest thing ever!
Harajuku girls
The legend of the Harajuku girls, hanging around the Harjuku station and Yoygi park, is quite exceptional. But what is it like, 4 real…
Well, some were straight out of the pictionary…
Others were somewhat distinct, original, beautiful & fantastically fabulous fairies…
Homeless, but not hopeless…
There are actually quite a few homeless people in Tokyo. But contrasting homeless people in other cities, they are not anoying or disturbing. Rather freindly, polite & straightedge.
This supprisingly stylish man used to sit by the Louis Vuitton window display, every single day. And when you take a closer look at his ansamblè, it strongly resembles John Gallianos fall/winter collection 2006. Coincidence? I think not…..
Banana chips, Childrens hoochie-fashion!
Not just one store, but a whole chain of stores dedicated to spread the hoochie-look among little girls. And its i adorable….
Well, at least very fascinating…
